What we specialize in
Technology. We use modern tools, including AI, to read and sort documents, make imaged records searchable, keep runsheets consistent and catch mismatches. A person reviews the work before it goes out.
Scale. We work with hundreds of landmen around the country, so a large project can be split up and finished on a deadline.
Complex title and curative. Gaps in the chain, missing probates, old unreleased mortgages and name differences are the files we are set up for. See curative.
